the transformation journal
The first layer of the work.
The Transformation Journal is where closing your Identity Performance Gap begins — in your own hand, on your own terms, before anyone else is in the room.
Most journals ask how your day was. This one asks who was living it.
The Transformation Journal is a structured tool built on the framework at the centre of House of One: the Identity Performance Gap — the distance between who you perform as and who you actually are. It exists because the first honest measurement of that distance rarely happens out loud. It happens on paper, alone, in handwriting no one else will read.
The structure does the work a blank page can't. Across its four parts, the journal moves you through the same territory the advisory work covers — surfacing the performed self, locating the actual one, measuring what sits between them, and beginning, deliberately, to close it.
It was designed for the same people House of One advises — athletes, founders, leaders, people whose performance is polished and whose results are real — at the moments the polish stops answering the question. The season ending. The role changing. The win that landed strangely. The quiet after.
For some, the journal is the whole practice. For others, it's the beginning of a larger piece of work — many advisory clients start here, and bring their journal with them.
